ForwardPC is a business I’ve been building since Grade 7 – arguably the achievement I am most proud of.

Starting off on local classifieds sites, I have continually expanded the business from then, and now ship internationally.
As a sole proprietor, I am my only employee, and am responsible for all facets of the business, from bean-counting to logistics. With revenues peaking at over CAD$20,000 monthly, and customers all over North America, the business certainly gets busy. The flexibility to set my own work hours is a double-edged sword, allowing me to align work with my school schedule but also presenting the temptation to procrastinate.

In my dealings with customers and suppliers, I now understand how important the virtues of patience and loyalty truly are. Nothing comes up overnight, and chasing instant gratification has only harmed my endeavours. I now apply these values across my business, and into my schoolwork as well.
I am proud to say I have built a stable business with a loyal customer base.
